Cheeeeese, Grommit!

The latest wine newsletter from my good friends at The Beverage People recently arrived.

They have articles on how to make cheese. And I live in Sonoma County dairy land. Oh, the humanity!

Drat, damn and blast! Oh, my kingdom for a house! Preferably with a nice dry basement! Cruelty, thy name is “High Property Costs!”

*sob*

  1. We are intrigued by the idea of a Cheese Basement. We have a basement, and it remains reasonably dry so long as the Dehumidifier works.

    (sound of a nefarious plan being hatched)

    The Beverage People have a good web catalog, for those who’d like to get their cheese-making supplies mailed directly to them on the East Coast. I’m just sayin’…

    A Cheese Basement, right next to the Wine Cellar. I could do both in my house, and never see the light of day again, preciousss.
