Yesterday I woke up over half an hour late. Had traffic not sucked I’d still have gotten to work on time, but, alas, suck it did and I arrived late. Then I proceeded to grumpily sleepwalk through my entire day, unable to accomplish anything at all.

I left at my usual time then worked out for about 75 minutes. Came home, had some dinner, sat down at the laptop to get some work done. Except…

By 8:00pm I just couldn’t keep my eyes open. It was bizarre, but I gave in and hit the hay. I was asleep in less than five minutes.

This morning? Also overslept by half an hour, even with the early bedtime, and I gladly would have slept a lot more. Traffic was cooperating so I got in on time, which was nice, but I was so brain dead and half-asleep this morning that I totally flaked and left my breakfast and lunch sitting in the living room by the door.

Criminy! What in the hell is going on around here? Grr… This had better stop soon. I have a lot of stuff that needs to get done and this ain’t the way to do it.
