Cow or pig?

God saunters up to you today and says, “Cow or pig? Pick one and think carefully because tomorrow I’m wiping the other one off the face of the Earth.”

This is a question which was posed at dinner this weekend. My first response was, “Duh, pig.”

Then I remembered dairy. Drat! Sure, I eat more pork than beef but I eat far more cheese, yogurt and butter than pork.

I’m sorry, pigs, but you gotta go. I’ll miss your tasty bacon and prosciutto. But I just can’t give up the almighty cheese. You understand, I’m sure. And even if you don’t…well, you’ll be dead and gone and won’t care anyway.
