I recycle. A lot. Everything.

I take the bus. When possible, I ride my bike or walk instead of driving.

I go to the gym. I do yoga. I go walking with a friend at lunch.

I buy organic. I buy local. I cook all my own food and even make my own stock.

I don’t eat junk food. Lunch today was spinach and black lentils on quinoa, a bowl of mixed veggies (raw), a gala apple and some green tea. And I really liked it.

I don’t watch TV.

I am a member of my local public radio station and think Prairie Home Companion is a good time.

I talk to my parents on the phone at least twice a week.

When did I turn into this boring seemingly-self-righteous altruistic fuddy-duddy stick-in-the-mud? Sheesh. Reading that list even makes me want to smack myself. Good grief…
