Matt’s book, Things We Don’t Know We Don’t Know is a best seller! Quoth the Frog:

So I’m Googling myself (yes, I feel dirty) and hit the PoetryFoundation.org
webpage with their poetry bestsellers (http://www.poetryfoundation.org/publishing/bestsellers.html ) which says
for May 28th’s weekly list: “The biggest surprise this week is the sudden
appearance of Things We Don’t Know We Don’t Know by Matt Mason, put out by
the tiny Backwaters Press. Hailing from Omaha, Nebraska, it’s tough to say
whether Mason’s sudden appearance is due to the recent release of the book
and his local popularity in Omaha, or a sign of things to come. . . .”

It’s number 12 on the list, right next to Kooser’s Delights & Shadows!

The Poetry Foundation shouldn’t have been so surprised. Having recently acquired my own copy of Matt’s book I can assure you that it’s chock full of the quality poetry goodness which his adoring fan base has come to expect from him. I’d probably recommend it highly even if I didn’t know and like the author.

So support the arts! Run to Amazon right now and buy Matt’s book.
