German games

Tomorrow the Albertellis and I are converging on Marc’s house for some much needed and very overdue board gaming action. This event is in my Google Calendar as all my events are. When creating the event you’re given a form field labeled “Location.” Naturally I entered “Marc’s” into this field.

The reminder email for this event just arrived in my inbox. It listed the location as “Marc’s” then next to it had a “map this!” link. Really? So where exactly does Google think Marc lives, anyway?

Well, I guess they do have the best board games there, so this has some peculiar form of logic to it. I’d better start packing if I’m going to make it there in time for the 3:30pm gaming kick-off.
