It’s nearing your logical bedtime. You didn’t sleep well the night before but you’re not feeling sleepy now. Do you:

  1. Stay up until you feel tired and lose those hours of sleep, or
  2. Go to sleep at your logical bedtime whether you’re tired or not and risk another restless night of craptacular sleep?

Either way is kind of a losing proposition, but which is worse?
